Zinc-67m1 is an excited nuclear state of the nuclide 67, characterized by a defined excitation energy of 93.312 keV. Its spin and parity quantum numbers differ from those of the ground state (gs). Simultaneously, this metastable nuclear isomer possesses an independent, experimentally measurable lifetime: decay occurs via an isomeric transition to Zn-67 in the ground state with a half-life of approximately 9.15 microseconds.

Half-life T½ = 9.15(7) μs respectively 9.15 × 10-6 seconds s.
